Mommy Can I

I am a stay at home mom. I hear “Mommy Can I?” all the time, so I named my blog this way. I have a 5 year old son (Scoober, as I’ll refer to him) and a 5 1/2 month old daughter (don’t have a nickname yet, so she’ll be Winks).

I have the everyday struggles just like any other stay at home mom, but Scoober is very strong-willed and so am I, so we butt heads a lot. I’ve found some things that work, and a LOT that don’t. Winks is too young for me to have too many issues with parenting, but I’m sure those days aren’t far behind.

I have a loving husband of 9 years. We live in the Mountain West. All my family is back East. I’m a University of Kentucky Basketball fanatic. I love ‘em! Go Cats! I’m also becoming a fan of the Colorado Rockies and the Denver Nuggets.
